And what the hell is with that clip art as banner art that Mr. Brown (I refuse to use the “z” at the end of the name) decided to use?

Five things that are bothering me right now:

The way assholes at 24 hour fitness don’t know how to rerack their weights, and like to walk close to my head while swinging their 80lb barbells that they can barely lift while getting a hernia to impress that girl that wears a sports bar and spandex panties to the gym. That girl should realize there’s like staph bacteria everywhere because of all the sweat and if she even sits on a bench shes going to get something nasty all over the parts of her body that aren’t covered up. I appreciate having something to look at while I work out but that’s kind of disgusting.

Okay, so have you ever noticed that some of your most insightful thoughts and reflections come while sitting on the crapper? Or in the shower? Or in your sleep even?

No need to be embarrassed. This is the place to embrace it! This is the blog where our contributors will be sharing some of the thoughts that come to mind while sitting on the crapper. Most will be shitty (har har), but some just might have an ounce of insight. Probably not though. We just like the notion of blogging while sitting on the crapper. =)
